Discover EBK CLAD, our large diameter clad pipes. They are combining the mechanical strength with the corrosion resistance of high alloyed Nickel alloys. Tight pipe tolerances are achieved by our precise production which lead to cost savings during pipe laying – an important advantage for our customers. EBK is not only offering straight pipes but completes the package by induction bends and coatings.
For applications with lower bending moments EBK has developed the new mechanically lined RollClad® MLP. During this unique patented process mechanically lined pipes are produced with exceptionally high gripping force. There are no limitations regarding bigger diameters. 32“ RollClad® MLPs have been successfully qualified with full – scale – bending trials.

Applications for EBK CLAD pipes
Full flexibility
Our EBK CLAD pipes are used as linepipes in the oil & gas industry. EBK CLAD pipes are used for gathering- und flowlines to ensure the safe transport of oil and gas under extreme conditions. The corrosion resistant layer which consists of high alloyed Nickel alloys protects the pipes against aggressive H2S- and halide polluted hydrocarbons. Thanks to the lining the life time of clad pipes amounts maintenance free to several decades.
Components in refineries and storage tanks for corrosive liquids take advantage of clad pipes as well. This improves not only the safety but also increases the efficiency during storage and further processing of raw materials. In chemical plants and offshore pipelines our EBK CLAD pipes are indispensable in order to maintain the service under extreme harsh conditions. Offshore-Pipelines need to resist the rough sea and the highly corrosive sea water. For bends and slug catcher which have been developed to withstand aggressive flow conditions EBK Clad pipes offer highest stability and service life. They avoid material damage and allow smooth service in critical transport situation with aggressive chemicals or hydrocarbons.
